This accelerated course covers Common Core CC2 and CC3 math curriculum, i.e. FUSD 7th grade accelerated math pathway curriculum. Topics include Algebra Expression, Linear Equations, Triangles and Quadrilaterals, Sequence, Cartesian Coordinate System, Slopes, Statistics, Probability, Pythagorean Theorem, Volume and Surface Area of Geometric Figures, etc. Weekly Challenging word problems to prepare for math competitions.
Prerequisite
Completed 6th-grade class or passed an assessment
New or non-current students are required to complete an evaluation before enrollment.
